Objective

A new commercial landlord, with two properties, wanted to exit their current bridging loan and refinance onto a longer-term solution.

 

Obstacle

However, the client had very limited experience as a commercial landlord and both tenants were on rolling leases.

 

Outcome

We were able to source a lender that was happy to provide funding to an inexperienced commercial landlord and accept short term leases for each of the tenants, so the client was able to exit the bridge onto a longer-term solution.
