INVESTOR SECURES FINANCE ON DISUSED BANK BUILDING

Take a second look at bridging finance

Objective

Mr Jones wanted to purchase a disused bank building with the intention of converting it into residential flats.  The property was valued at £425k.

Obstacle

The property did not have the required planning permissions for the intended conversion, but the investor was motivated to obtain them.

Outcome

We were able to secure 65% LTV, purely on commercial asset via a 12 month bridging facility.  The rate was rate was 0.65% per month.

 

The introducing broker received £2762.50 for referring their client to Brightstar.
