Living wage employer.

We are one of only 3,434 employers across the UK to be given the title of ‘Living Wage Employer’, having been accredited in October 2016. As such we are committed to ‘The Real Living Wage’, going beyond any legal obligation to pay the minimum or national living wage and ensuring staff earn the wage based on what they need to live.

 

Staff engagement.

We place a huge emphasis on staff engagement; involving our team members in decision making, in the generation of new ideas and by inviting their feedback on a range of topics. This is achieved by various means:

  • Formal staff surveys – twice a year – see results.
  • Membership of committees.
  • 360 degree reviews of line managers.
  • Provision of colleague feedback during training sessions.
  • Bright Ideas initiative.
