Global award winning and trailblazing business, Brightstar Financial, has today launched a new and improved website, aimed at providing brokers with greater information about the solutions available for their clients in a more accessible format.

Following detailed analysis of web traffic and user browsing behaviours, the new site has been designed to make it easier for brokers to navigate, learn more about specialist lending and engage with Brightstar to discuss their enquiries.

Whilst Brightstar’s #MadeEasy approach enables brokers to learn and engage, the new-look design also accommodates the ‘mobile’ world, adapting to all key devices to ensure it can be used across desktop, tablet and mobile.  Improved navigation includes a new search bar, allowing brokers to perform a quick search and find the information they are looking for much more efficiently.

Brokers can filter the latest news and articles from the national specialist distributor and new space has been created for informative videos that focus on specialist content from experts and lender partners.  Visitors to the website will gain access to extensive information about product features, including downloadable information packs and case studies.

The site is fully integrated into EasySource, Brightstar’s multi-sector sourcing and case management tool.   There are new and intelligent methods for analysing enquiries that drive specific call-backs to brokers.  There is also a new and quick client referral facility, allowing brokers to earn their proc fee whilst Brightstar manage the process from advice through to completion.
