Brightstar Financial has now been presented with more than 60 national awards since the business launched in 2011.

The specialist distributor broke through 60 national awards when it was named Equality Employer of the Year and People Development Director, Clare Jupp, won the award for Woman in Management at the Women’s Recognition Awards at the end of September.

Over the last seven years, Brightstar has been recognised by every major national industry awards and in July 2016, the business was named the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Employer of the Year, beating more than 300 companies from 29 countries across the globe.

Clare Jupp, People Development Director at Brightstar Financial, says:

“Awards are important because they recognise the achievements of our people and any business is only as good as its people. At Brightstar, we invest a lot of effort in creating a supportive environment that helps individuals and teams to realise their true potential because we believe that sustainable success can only come from a healthy culture. This is a great milestone for the business, but it doesn’t mean that we can rest on our laurels and we will continue to invest in our people and our future success.

Bradley Moore, Managing Director at Brightstar Financial, says:

“I’m really pleased that Brightstar has been the most decorated specialist distributor over the last few years for a number of reasons. Not only does it recognise our commitment to consistently high standards, but the awards we have won have been across a diverse spread of disciplines, including specialist areas like short-term and commercial finance as well as specialist distribution and individual honours. This shows the spread of skills we have right across Brightstar and that we can demonstrate market leading specialist expertise in each of our lending divisions as well as the wider business. It’s a strong combination and bodes well for a bright future for Brightstar.”
