Brightstar scooped a double win at this year’s Business Moneyfacts Awards for Bridging Finance Introducer of the Year and, for the third year running, Commercial Finance Specialist Distributor of the Year.
The winners were announced in front of more than 600 industry professionals at the Lancaster London Hotel earlier this month. Awards were presented to those who have consistently offered exceptional levels of service and showed the greatest innovation in the world of business and commercial finance in 2015.
Lee Tillcock, editor of Business Moneyfacts says, “As the appetite for funding grows, intermediaries and providers have embraced the opportunity to boost trading and growth levels… The 16th annual Business Moneyfacts Awards has recognised those providers and intermediaries involved in the business finance world who have made a firm commitment to excellence that will serve them well during the next year.”
The awards are recognition of Brightstar’s continued hard work and ongoing achievement over the past 12 months and emphasises the extent and value of our market knowledge and expertise.
Kit Thompson, Brightstar’s director of Bridging Finance says, “We were up against tough competition from some formidable businesses, all of whom would have made worthy winners, so it made it even more special to be voted this year’s winner. We pride ourselves on always sourcing the best customer outcome for our brokers’ clients and finding solutions to difficult scenarios, with excellent customer service at the heart of everything we do and our proposition.”
Commenting on the Commercial Finance Specialist Distributor award, Brightstar’s commercial director Robert Collins says, “This was the third consecutive year that we have won the award and that was particularly gratifying. We constantly look to improve our offering and over the last three years have added more staff, more lenders and updated our processes to make our client experience as seamless as possible. We look forward to further improvements this year and for trying for four in a row in 2017.”
In light of these awards, our company ethos is stronger than ever; to be a true partner to our lender and intermediary communities and to be the best we can be by striving for excellence in the service we offer. 2015 was a positive year for the mortgage market in many respects, and we now look forward to another successful year.
