The first webinars will take place on 19th May, with a masterclass in supporting SMEs out of the pandemic by Allica Bank, an overview of bridging and large loans by Shawbrook Bank, and The Mortgage Lender talking about how it’s set up to assist with real life lending.
The second set will be hosted on 20th May and will consist of a session from Foundation Home Loans on how to present clients who are self-employed or have complex income, a West One webinar which will look at the growth of the portfolio landlord, and a session from United Trust Bank which will discuss the bridging finance landscape and the opportunities it presents this year.
“At Brightstar, we are here to help brokers support more of their clients, and these webinars will provide a perfect platform to learn more about how they can make the most of the opportunities presented by today’s specialist mortgage market,” said Michelle Westley, head of marketing at Brightstar Financial.”
“We have spoken for some time about how borrowers are changing, with an increasingly diverse range of circumstances and requirements, and the pandemic has only accelerated this change.”
“In order to fully meet the needs of all of their clients, brokers need to engage with the specialist market and, if they don’t already have experience in this sector, they should look to partner with a business that enables them to access the right expertise.”
The webinars, which are the first that Brightstar has hosted since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, follow the success of its education programme in 2019 and early 2020.
They are part of the distributor’s event programme this year, which includes the Brightstar Virtual Expo on 1st July and the Brightstar Roadshow in November.
