Four in five brokers believe consumers with specialist finance needs are regularly turned away with no information on how to obtain available finance, according to our poll.
We polled our broker database to find 82% believe borrowers are not getting enough information when they are turned away from deals.
It fits with the theme of our campaign to support Credit Crushed borrowers who have no information or guidance to get a deal when they are faced with a decline.
The issue is broader than simply residential mortgage and applies to deals throughout the property chain.
