Help to Buy Remortgages and Help to Buy Scotland – Our Help to Buy Remortgages help early adopters of the scheme, including those with less than perfect credit profiles, make the transition from becoming first time buyers to established homeowners. Our Help to Buy Scotland offering could be ideal for customers north of the border who can meet mortgage repayments but only have a deposit of at least 5% as the government offers an equity loan up to 15% of the property value.
Zero hours contracts – Zero hours don’t have to mean zero mortgage opportunities which is why we now accept customers on zero hours contracts (including NHS bank nurses) across our Residential Mortgages range, provided they are not the main income earner and have been employed for 6 months on a zero hours basis and 12 months of continuous employment history.
Minimum landlord age – We’ve reduced the minimum age for individual and limited company buy to let landlords to 21 to help more of your customers get the mortgage they want.
Large loans range – Our Residential Mortgages are now available up to £2 million. Our large loans range includes 2, 3 and 5 year Fixed rates products up to 60% LTV on purchases and remortgages, and are available to customers with less than perfect credit profiles.
No ERCS across our Residential Second Charge Loan range – As well as benefiting from the same great rates, products and services, customers now don’t have to pay an early repayment charge if they decide to repay all or part of their Second Charge Loan early (limited edition).
