SHAWBROOK BANK CUTS COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT RATES

Shawbrook Bank has announced a reduction in rates across its commercial investment offering, with rates now starting from 4.44%*.

The changes impact the lender’s commercial and semi-commercial variable rate products on loans over £100k, with the biggest reduction seen to its semi-commercial offering at 65% LTV.
